Yeah it is. I've been looking for the image for ages and finally found it and...as always had far too much time on my hands and decided a manip was the thing to do.

Just some photoshoot, getting a large version was the problem...and I've lost the location of where I found it...oops...better hunt that out.

Oh right... She looks rather older - and with her hair down as well, it took me several looks to register it might well be Rose/Billie!

I love the shot of Rose/Billie - definitely a good find. :) The 'parallel (world) perks' is now my desktop wallpaper. :-) Can you downsize the 'welcome to Torchwood' one to 1024x768 since that's the screen res on my computer? That's all right if you can't. It's so nice to see manips of the two either way. :)
